Happy 4th (on the 5th)
Thought I'd check in! I'm doing well. I ended up in Providence, Rhode Island right now, and not much to report. I had a good 4th of July, though I didn't do much. I could hear fireworks in the background, but they weren't close enough for me to visit from the hotel here. Oh well.
Today I work all the way to the west coast, so I'm hoping for a smooth, drama free day.
I hope everyone had a great Independence Day!

Portland, Oregon
Sorry I haven't updated in awhile. Sometimes I just get so burned out with posting everyday. Then I go through spurts where I'll update quite frequently. Thanks for checkin back! :)
So I ended up last night in Portland, Oregon. I'm workin with a pretty fun crew and we all decided that we wanted to go get dinner together. We ended up at a sushi restaurant, not for from the hotel. I've had sushi before, but neer like this.
We sat down and all the sushi was on this motorized track. When you find what you want, you just grab it off the track. Each sushi entree is either $1, $1.50, $2 or $3, depending on the color of plate it's sitting on. When you're all done, they just count your plates and charge you the amount. It's very cool. And wasn't too expensive at all. I got full for $11.50.
So, I've been working a lot lately- I decided that it's time to get out of debt, once and for all. If anyone in Kentucky is reading this, this is why you never see me... and you may not until mid July. It's not that I don't love you, it's just that I'm pretty much working 6 days in a row, then taking 1 day off, then working 6 days in a row again.
Okay, I need to run and shower and get ready to go to work. Hi from Portland!

I have been soooo busy with work. I have set a goal to be out of debt soon- and so that means more work. That means less time at home in Kentucky. :(
I get to go home again in July. Wish it was sooner.

Thatcher
I'm sitting in the Pittsburgh airport, waiting for my plane to get here.... It just dawned on me that I only have less than 2 months till I get to go home to visit Thatcher, Arizona. I need to put a countdown clock on the blog. It's been years and years since I've been back.
More on this in future posts.
Ok. Now I'm gitty like a school girl!
